What it is
Personal Training is for people who want a fitness program, accountability, goal setting and monitoring, progress tracking, in-person coaching and technique help and -- maybe most importantly -- someone in their corner!
As a personal trainer with experience in body building, Strength training, CrossFit, Hyrox, fitness for health and longevity, I can be the coach for you.
Benefits
When you're new to training, progress can be slow and the process can seem unclear. I can help make it clear, enjoyable and attainable.
If you've been training a while, progress needs to be monitored and deloading and recovery needs careful attention. I can help with that too.
And if things are feeling a bit stagnant, I provide new ideas and accountability.
