About me

ATSP2353.jpg

I have been going to the gym to some degree since I was 17 -- not that it was always structured or effective training. Since then I have been a student, lived in Thailand and the UK as a teacher, been a post-graduate student, land maintenance manager and statistician. In 2019 I became an exercise coach and coached in the mornings alongside my 9 to 5. It wasn't long before I realised that professionally, exercise coaching was the thing that got me out of bed in the morning. In 2020, when my daughter was born, I decided to show her you can make a living doing something you enjoy. And so I started pursuing Personal Training. That is my drive to help you achieve your goals: to succeed at something I enjoy and to show my daughter it can be done; your journey is personal.
